Financial Math

Its rare I find a just great site but this financial site is really impressive.
I actually interviewed with Derman back a while and was ready to work 18 hours a day at Goldman. However back then they were up to their necks in C++, and didn't seem to know how to move off it. They also had a large gap between NT and Solaris systems.
